- Type services in the search box on the taskbar and select the search result with the same name
- Double-tap (or double-click) the print spooler in the services list. choose stop > okey.
- Type %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers in the search box on the taskbar, select the file folder in the search results, and than delete all the files in the folder.
- Search for services and reopen.
- In the list of services, double-click (or double-click) the Print Spooler.
- Select Startup, make sure that Auto is selected in the Startup Type list, and then select OK.
